Srushti Dehmukh began preparing for UPSC in the third semester of her engineering bachelor's degree. When she graduated she was unsure if she was able to be satisfied with her engineering job. In the end, she realized that civil services was her passion and devoted herself to this field. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil rights and get an opportunity to serve the people. She was driven to be an IAS officer, and she was focusing to achieve that goal. In order for UPSC to be achieved, more hard work is required. When she was preparing in her engineering courses and other classes, she also used to prepare different subjects in UPSC. Every day, she set aside time for exam preparation. She studied for the engineering examinations in only one-and-ahalf months. She stayed out of social situations. It is important to focus to be able to pass the exam. She is hoping to join an official in the civil service. She aimed to pass this exam in the first try and has put in lots of work. Daily, she would read the newspapers to stay abreast of the latest news. On the internet, she gathered a variety of study material and also watched Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh's book IAS Srushti Deskmukh has also written a book, which has been published under the title The Answer Writing Guide. This book is accessible at libraries across all Indian states. It is an excellent book to IAS applicants who work hard for the test.
